The Oxford Medical Lecture Club (OMLC) was born out of a Doctor's lunch club several decades ago. Here GPs, trainees and Consultants met regularly to further the distribution of medical knowledge to all those who were somehow connected with caring for Oxford patients. Now OMLC has successfully grown into a thriving membership group that welcomes anyone who is, or has been, involved in any aspect of medicine, whether patient care, research or teaching.

The lectures are held monthly at lunchtime, with refreshments* (and a chance for conversation) beforehand. They cover a wide range of topics given by the rich source of speakers who have some link with Oxford University or the John Radcliffe Hospital.
